Custom jewelry orders are created specifically for you and are non-refundable once production has begun. A deposit is required to begin custom work. Final designs must be approved by the customer before production commences. Completion times for custom pieces vary based on complexity and materials.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and wire transfers. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase for in-stock items. For high-value items or custom orders, payment plans may be available upon request.
All orders are shipped fully insured via secure courier services. Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method. Carats & Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Signature is required upon delivery for all orders.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition with all documentation. Custom pieces and engraved items are final sale. A restocking fee may apply to certain returns. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
